Dear Nancy and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Nancy, I will never forget our trip to Marco Island (like 18 or 19 years ago) to visit your dad. It was my first time flying and I remember getting your call at around 6 in the morning saying "if we are going to Florida we have to leave now as our flight was cancelled.'' No time to get nervous!! Scott drove me and all I remember the lady at the gate for USAirways saying is "if she's coming from Ravena, she's never going to make it in time!" Well, you did make it in time, our flight was perfect (beautiful and sunny above the clouds), luggage was lost but arrived at your dad's place around 10 o'clock that night, and we had a great time.
