I am truly sorry about hearing of Frank's passing. I live in the same neighborhood as Frank did and will miss him. I would see him in his car and he would always wave or toot when he went by. He had stopped to chat about a month ago and we talked about snow on our roofs and the tough winter. Frank was always a gentleman and a pleasure to know.
