I will always have fond memories of Kathy's smile and laughter. The past 2 years we sat at her kitchen table coloring Easter eggs. I loved the kid in her. If you were having a bad day just being with her made you feel better. I was blessed to call her my friend.

I remember Kathy as Mikey and Joeys jovial Mom as we grew up in Austerlitz NY. She always provided a safe and happy place for us to share our lives during our adolescent years! She was happy to get involved and always provided wisdom to apply to life! She told it like she saw it! I remember at diner she would always have extra food and truly happy to feed extra people-more the merrier! Always! If you showed up as a surprise during dinner time, she would not let you leave until you ate a plate:-) I always felt welcomed, never left the house hungry, but always uplifted! I loved to visit with her! She will forever be with us with that beautiful smile and positive outlook! Love to all! XOXO Jamie Light

Kathy was a really special person whose friendship, kindness and positivity we were privileged to know. While she and I graduated in the same high school class, I unfortunately never knew her until several decades later. Wayne and I enjoyed cycling, hiking and walks with Kathy and Sam, well as wonderful, fun meetups on Cape Cod. Kathy will be missed by us both.

I had the pleasure of knowing Kathy for over 15 years. She was such a warm and loving person. I will always have memories of her laughter and great smile. Through tough times she was so positive. The past 2 years we sat at her kitchen table and colored Easter eggs together. Lots of laughs and I loved the kid in her. So sadden by her passing and my love and support goes out to Sam, Mike, Julie , Joey & Anna. Kathy will always have a special place in my heart.

I met Kathy when my boys and I moved next door to her. She was the only neighbor to come and introduce herself to us. She told my boys she kept popsicles in her freezer, and that they were welcome anytime to have one. She never let them down!! We quickly went from being neighbors, to being family. She had a great sense of humor and no matter whether we were traveling, or hanging out on a winter night watching a movie, we laughed. She was easy to love, because she was so loving. The world has lost a beautiful soul, and I shall be forever grateful that our paths crossed…. Divine intervention. My deepest and sincere condolences to Sam, Michael, Julie, and family.

Kathy was always so cheerful, fun, and generous. She loved to laugh and it was infectious. I remember when their house was being built, and I had ridden my bicycle there to visit. There was no bridge yet to cross the stream to get to the house. Kathy yells that she will come to get me with the car. I said no no, don't bother, I got this, and I proceeded to pedal my bike into and across the stream, which was deeper than expected. I could hear Kathy laughing and laughing (I am sure you know that laugh!). When I got there, she was still chuckling as she told me that she wished she had her camera to capture the scene. I miss you and love you Kathy.
