Obituary of Mary C Fowler

Mary Fowler, age 81, beloved mother and cherished wife, of Halfmoon passed away at her home, with her family at her side, on December 27, 2023. She was born in Albany, the daughter of the late Peter and Leda Paolucci. Mary worked for NYS Department of Motor Vehicles, along with other state agencies in Albany, for over twenty years. She also worked at Grand Union, as a cashier, for fourteen years, in Albany and Delmar. She loved home decorating, gardening, shopping, cooking for her family and country western dancing where she met her husband Art Fowler. Mary also loved spending time with her beloved dog, Finn. In addition to her husband, survivors include: her beloved daughter, Jodi (Sean) Gomez Cohen; her dearest son, Jason Gomez. Mary is also survived by six grandchildren, two nieces and a nephew, and 2 sisters, Carol Paolucci and Judy (John) Hoag. Calling hours will be held this Tuesday, January 2nd, from 9 am to 10 am, with a 10 am service, at the Catricala Funeral Home, 1597 Route 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065. A private burial will take place at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, in Schuylerville. The family requests no flowers.
