Obituary of Diane M. Hatlee

Diane M. Hatlee, age 60 of Waterford passed away suddenly at her home on November 10, 2023. She was born in Cohoes, the daughter of the late Edwin R. and Fay R. (Fountain) Hatlee Sr., and her sister Kimberlie A. Petersen. Survivors include; Two brothers, Edwin R. (Angelina) Hatlee Jr., Donald F. (Bonnie) Hatlee. Brother-in-law Richard Petersen, several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Diane worked for NYS Tax and Finance for 37 years retiring in April of this year. She was very passionate about animal rescue and adoption, at her home as well as volunteering with multiple local animal agencies. She loved the past growing up with her family enjoying camping, boating, fishing, snowmobiling and family Holiday gatherings. Diane loved rock and roll music enjoying many local bands and her favorite Led Zeppelin. Calling hours will be held this Thursday from 10am till Noon at the Catricala Funeral Home, 1597 Route 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065, with a service at Noon in the Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Memory Garden's Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of one's choice.
