I will never forget Chris playing guitar, both upstairs at Aunt June's house, and at the lake, when we went camping, he was so good!! I specifically remember him practicing "In the White Room" by Cream. Chris was a fun cousin, and I always enjoyed my day more when I would run into him, once at Home Depot, but once in traffic, where he rolled down the window of his truck and yelled "Hey Cuz" over three lanes of traffic...such a sweet guy, very sorry to know I will not run into him again in this life. I love my cousins, and Aunt, and my heart and prayers are always with you, even though our visits may be too few and far between. May your happy memories soon overwhelm your feelings of sadness and loss. "SheriBear"

I am so sorry for the loss of a great guy. He was so fun to work with at the Depot, he made me laugh every day i worked with him. It won't be the same at work.

Tiffany - your dad and I were bestest friends in high school (Mont Pleasant) and beyond HS until I met my Exhusband and moved out of Schdy. back in 1974 at which time I lost touch with your dad. Let me say that every NICE thing that people are saying about your dad is sooo very true. He was the BEST male friend that I could have ever had. With such a dear friend as he, how did I lose touch with him? Big mistake. Although, it's been years since I saw him, he left me with many, many wonderful memories - I learned of his passing by daily checks of the Schdy Gazette Obits. It was time for him to grow his angel wings. Nothing any of us say can ease your pain, only the passage of time - you had a GREAT daddy. May his memory live on forever and ever. RIP bestest friend - Aleta

Chris was a sweet man and I looked up to him when we were kids. He was my older cousin who played guitar and was so cool. I feel bad that I haven't seen him in years but I believe he is with the Lord. We'll miss you.
