Paula, I was so sorry to hear about Mike’s passing. He was a sweet, kind and had a genuine warmth about him. I used to enjoy running into the two of you at reunions, lacrosse and football games or at the Ithaca farmers market.
We enjoyed many fun times at IC especially sophomore year at Holmes Hall. It was a special year and that group kind of bonded for life. He will always be in my heart. I will miss seeing his friendly smile and the bond we shared. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. It is very sad and upsetting. With much love and sorrow your friend Bill

Mike was my first colleague when I started work in Binghamton NY for Cayuga Tech Sales before moving on to Tri Dim in Philadelphia. I will always fondly remember our rousing times together at various sales meetings and especially the antics of the "LA Power /Hammer Club"! Mike will be sadly missed by the Tri Dim family and we will raise a toast in his honor when we gather at the national sales meeting in VA in June! My condolences and prayers to Mike's family for the home going of a very special man.

So many fond memories, but of course, the Travers Stakes weekend was my favorite. Mike was sure he could help me pick a winner! When the horse that was expected to win, basically seemed to stop and wave to the crowd instead of crossing the finish line well ahead of the rest, I thought Mike was going to kill me. He stated I was not allowed back at a Travers Stakes again, I was a jinx! That evening eating in downtown Saratoga, we were watching a horse and carriage cross the crosswalk when Rick said, "hey Sally, your horse just crossed the finish line"! Thank god that happened back then, if it happened today I would need depends! LOL I have had so many fond memories of the cousins over the years, I miss Norm and Mike already! I didn't see them for months at a time, but knew I could pick up with them where we left off. When I was a kid, I stayed with them in Elmira for a week and hung out with Cindee, I think the boys were at ballgames or the pool the entire week. But when dinner time came, and their father was home, back they came. Good Times!

Paula introduced me to Michael approximately 26 years ago. He quickly became my friend and partner in crime when the 3 of us went out together. He became fast friends with my husband Doug when we got married and we have so many good memories. From our times at the track, dinners out, video taping our wedding, bribing the guys with beer to go to the parade of homes; too many to list. Both Doug and I miss you and will cherish these memories. Rest peacefully my friend.

How can you possibly come up with one memory for someone as spcial as Michael. I met Mike in a bar in Ithaca one night when I found out I was moving to Albany. How lucky to have that random meeting become the start of a lifelong friendship with both mike and his wife and family. There’s too many great memories but our friendship is what I’ll remember forever. Going to miss him like a brother.
