Doris A. Leech, age 80 of Clifton Park passed away peacefully on Friday, November 23, 2018. She was born in Somerset, NJ, the daughter of the late Frederick and Dorothy Waldron. She was predeceased by her brother William Waldron.

 Doris was a graduate of Columbia’s nursing school. She worked in nursing management for over 30 years, retiring in 2001. She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Rexford.

 

Doris was a loving wife and mother who always put the needs of others before her own.  She loved life, had enormous faith and approached each day with a grateful heart.

 

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Robert N. Leech, son Seth R. Leech, her grandchildren Isabela and Ryan Leech, Seth’s significant other Nicole Coudari and Isabela’s fiancé Edward Pomykaj.

 

Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 30th from 9 to 11 a.m., with a funeral service at 11 a.m. at the Catricala Funeral Home Inc., 1597 Route 9 in Clifton Park. Burial will be in the Saratoga National Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a luncheon after the interment at the Glenville Queen diner, 210 Saratoga Rd. in Glenville
