Leona A. Pohl, age 99 of Halfmoon passed away peacefully on Monday, August 27, 2018. Born on July 13, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Victoria Gronczniak. She was predeceased by her husband John Pohl.
Leona worked in customer service for the State Bank of Albany for many years.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Catricala Funeral Home Inc., 1597 Route 9, in Clifton Park, with a funeral Mass on Friday at 9 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church in Crescent. Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery in Stillwater.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to an organization of one’s choice.
