Jeff was a friend of mine as we served on the Halfmoon Zoning Board together for quite a few years. I was happy to continue our service together as Town Board liaison to the ZBA. Jeff was always thoughtful and friendly. When I would see him out and about he had a smile that would brighten anyone's day. I enjoyed chatting with him and will miss him. I'm sorry for your loss Theresa and Mark.
