Marie P. Meers, age 94 of Halfmoon passed peacefully on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the Schuyler Ridge Nursing Home in Clifton Park. Born on June 13, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Christopher and Marie Palitsch. She was predeceased by her husband, Martin Meers and her sister Jean Coonradt.
Marie spent her life raising and taking care of her family.
She is survived by her son Richard (Cindy) Meers and her daughter Janet Meers.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
