To Jim's family:
I worked for NYNEX and Jim was my contact at NYS DOCS. He and I met on a regular basis and we quickly became friends. We spent several years working on a project and I have warm memories of our time spent together. Jim loved his family, was a stand up guy and had a great sense of humor. It was a privilege to have known him and I send my thoughts and prayers to his family.
