I was so saddened to read of Helen's passing. She was one of the most outstanding ladies I have ever meet. I knew her well from her volunteer days at Child's Hospital. We became close friends and I loved her dearly. She was an accomplished musician, singer, seamstess,& bike rider who treated everyone with respect and dignity. She loved her church, her friends and most of all her family "to the moon and back". She loved the time she spent with her daughter either biking, or attending local playhouses. After her retirement we became pen-pal buddys and I still have all of the cards she sent me updating me on her current health, travels & family activities.
Helen, I know that when you meet my mother Marion and my mother-in-law Joyce you will all be swing and singing in heaven. May you rest in peace basking in the glory of Our Lord.
