Obituary of Joan C. Taylor

Joan C. Taylor, age 85 of Jonesville, passed away peacefully at home on April 13, 2015. Born in 1930 in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Maude Hauth. She was also predeceased by her beloved daughters, Karen J. Keegan and Mary Elizabeth Taylor. She graduated from Franklin K. Lane High School in Brooklyn. She devoted her life to her family and volunteering whenever she could. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Albert “Bud” Taylor, daughter, Dr. Eileen (Steve) Schifrin, Ph.D., son, Glenn (Laura) Taylor, grandson, Cody Taylor, two nephews and one niece. A graveside service will be held for Joan on Friday at 10:30 am in Saratoga National Cemetery.
